i am devoting these pages to lesser known dances that i learned at mclane high school, in fresno, california. these pages are currently a work in progress. each contains a picture of the dance and i am currently working on the ribbon reel and hope to finish the other dances in the near future. if there are any past mclane students that has pictures and/or music for these dances, please feel free to let me know and i will be glad to post them. the mclane highland dancers were originally taught by vera miller patterson. in june of 2005 mrs. patterson passed away. i believe that she originally choreographed most of these dances. i dedicate these pages to her and i hope that her love of dancing will eventually be revived at mclane high school. |
